I have used this business twice now for return trips, to take me back and forth to the hospital out of town and back, so four rides total. Such a friendly and kind driver. Was willing to beat competitors price, and very pleasant company for around 90 min each way. Highly recommended, he will be the one I call when I need this service in the future. Answers the phone and emails, and is dependable and reliable, which is extremely important. I priced around a dozen different sites, and this one won my business. You cannot go wrong here.

The on line reservation is totally unreliable. I made a reservation on line and received a confirmation via email. The day to leave the car did not arrive and when I called they had no record of my reservation. They did not have anything available so I had to scramble to make it to the airport on time for my flight. Not the way you want to start your vacation.

I previously pre-booked a taxi with a different company that was delayed for at least a hour! I contacted Hamilton airport taxi and proceeded to ask if they had a car available to take me to the airport, they said “ yes we do” and asked me where are you staying? Once I informed them that I’m staying at the super 8. He said no! And hung up the phone! Really professional! My guess is because it’s the closest hotel to the airport and the fare isn’t worth it! I guess it isn’t a airport taxi.
