Gary, I just wanted to send a thank you for your crew’s hard work and professionalism! I apologize for the continued problems; they were out of my hand, but on me none the less. I wanted to complement your workers they were fast, efficient and understanding. I don’t think I could have had the calm they had. Please thank them again for their work. Moved from Fredericton, NB to Alberta. Had my items in storage with them for a year and fully insured through them. On move day they informed me someone had underestimated their quote in Nova Scotia and there was no longer room for my vehicle. Their option, send by rail which would take 30 days or wait two weeks to have everything shipped at once which we ended up having to do because their trucker wouldn't take just the vehicle, he had to have the full load.
After receiving my items, they all stunk of mildew. We had to throw out tons of clothes. And after waiting months for their insurance guy

I booked this company for my move from Ontario to Fredericton and I recommend them highly😃😃😃😃. They phoned before arriving, arrived on time and made quick and efficient work of packing me up. They took my belonging east and stored them for a month until I got possession of my new house. Tammy and crew arrived just when they said they would and quickly unloaded. It was soon discovered that I was missing some stuff and as soon as Tammy returned to the warehouse, the missing pallet was located, she immediately phoned to let me know and they were on my doorstep the next day with the missing

I had booked east coast movers to help me with my move, was told we would confirm on time closer to the date and was not informed at the time that they could not accomodate varying schedules.
I am now left 2 weeks out from the closing of my house with no movers and unsure what to do as a single woman moving mid week.
Unfortunate that they are not able to be more accomodating at such a busy time for people. I have heard good things about the service but wish there was more communication at the time of booking as they have really left me in a tough spot.
