The team at Tropical are fantastic! We purchased our Beachcomber earlier this year. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and supported us as we chose our tub. They delivered and set up our tub and have provided great customer care as we reached out with questions about how to properly care for our hot tub. We would definitely recommend this local business.

We purchased our Beachcomber Spa from Tropical back in winter and it was delivered in January. The placement was only temporary and recently we called Tropical to ask for a quote for moving the spa in to its… permanent location. Much to our surprise and delight Phil brought a few guys over and they moved our tub free of charge. They used professionalism and precision to move our spa up on to our deck. We are impressed with the service from the shopping experience right through to the moving of the tub! Excellent experience overall!

We recently purchased a hot tub from tropical and highly recommend them. Phil was able to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot) I never felt sales pressure during my whole experience. They go above and beyond for their customers and today I experienced this, Phil personally delivered a set of tub pillows to me in burns lake to save me a trip to pg, now that’s customer service.

We have to give a huge shout out to Tropical pools and spas in PG!! After having a less than smooth experience with another local dealer, Phil and his team came to the rescue and even drove out here last minute… to hand deliver and install the hot tub (without a previously scheduled trip). Not only were they MUCH more informative than the other guys, but never once did I feel they were more interested in the sale rather than meeting our needs. We never felt rushed to purchase, and in fact we may have rushed them a bit after having the last establishment not deliver. They even touched base

Bought a used Spa about 5 years ago, to enjoy as a family but mainly as therapy for my wife's back, post spine surgery. Hot tub has run flawlessly for The Last 5 Years. From my initial selection from purchase to install the staff was very helpful making sure, the unit would handle the performance needed for my area coverage. I needed an old hot tub removed from the deck at a house I purchased recently. Elaine was so helpful via email and phone to plan the removal and the 4-person team sent out on the day was fast, super pleasant and respectful of my property while completing the task at hand. Always have the product I am looking for in stock. Great friendly staff that greet you by name and are alway willing to help with your hot tub and pool inquiries. When the time comes for a gas fireplace I will definitely be coming here to purchase a Valor. Installed one in my last house and loved it.

Worst service in PG, owner told us to "Go up the street" and we did, got such great service that we sold our Beachcomber and upgraded to a Jacuzzi (much better hot tub) at Eden Spas. The service at Eden Spas is excellent and far superior, they treat their customers with respect. Never looked back! Will never step foot back in Tropical Pool and Spa again and will never refer anyone there!
