In July of 2003, Scott Kershaw returned to Barriere after working in management for a large tire retailer around Western Canada to open his own business. Following in his father's footsteps in automotive repair in the North Thompson since 1968, Scott opened Insight Tire and Auto with a single service truck providing mobile commercial service to clients throughout the North Thompson.
