In early 2015, Anita deVries purchased Kenmau with the goal of providing the same great professional services to Quinte area landlords and tenants. Please note good credit is essential and a minimum 1 year lease is required.
The total monthly rent is due and payable at the office of the Landlord (Kenmau Ltd., 142 Division St Trenton) not later than 4:00 p.m. (3pm on Fridays) on the FIRST Day of the month during the term of the tenancy, by cash, cheque, or money order. If the 1st of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, the rent is due in the office the business day prior to the 1st of the month.
In my own name - Only my information/income will be considered and should an offer be extended, I will be the only person signing the lease. Full address required Or indicate one bedroom unit/2 bedroom unit or 4 bedroom house located in what area? If you rent, you must provide current Landlord Name and Contact Information - Phone and/or email address.
In addition, the owner agrees to pay Kenmau Ltd $ (Up to 1 month fee) every time the residential unit is leased (Minimum 1 year lease). A minimal, non-refundable deposit fee (determined on provided information) may be required at contract signing. However, the deposit will be subtracted from Kenmau Ltd.'s first bill upon rental.

As a new tenant of Kenmau, I’m very very happy with my duplex. Very clean, beautiful yard and grounds, and it is kept immaculate!!! Landscaped by professionals. The lovely staff at Kenmau made this move very easy for me, especially Kristen! I was worried about Covid 19 ,, and they made me feel very comfortable at my showing and took all the precautions very seriously as it should be.

I have been renting with Kenmau for approx 7 years. Every time I have had an issue, (leaking roof, no water due to a water main leak, unlit common area for instance), there has been a timely response and my issue was handled quickly. Management follows up to ensure everything was done that could be done. I am in an apartment, & snow removal is done in time for the tenants to leave for work in the morning & not have to push through an unplowed lot.

Avoid this place like the plague. My apartment had repairs required and for well over a month they were fully aware of the problems and did nothing about it because unbeknownst to everyone they were selling the building. They waited until the building was sold and then said the repairs weren’t their problem to save them money as the repairs would now have to be completed by the new landlord. These people are scammers and treat their tenants like trash. If you can avoid them you should.

My husband and I started renting from Kenmau in November. From the initial process of looking at the apartment to addressing problems with our toilet not flushing properly, Kenmau has responded promptly. They were very apologetic when a plumber refused to come to our property after hours. They are professional and the girls are very friendly!

Any concerns reported were addressed quickly and followed up on. Tenants have responsibility also, to report issues before they get worse.
I broke a storm window accidentally and offered to pay, however they covered it at no cost to me.
Working relationships must be mutual and Kenmau always responded with good communication.
For 2.5 years I felt valued as a tenant. Thank you for being good to me.
