Talk about VIP treatment. Stefanie and their amazing team made me feel so special. I came here to have some paint and bodywork done. From my initial consultation over the phone to precise moment promised for work to be completed it was a total home run here at Trojan Collision. This felt like a throwback to when customers were treated like VIP’s. Nice to see this type of service and workmanship is still alive and well! Just need to know where to find it. Over the top! I called at lunch to see if they could look at scuff I got in a parking lot. They saw me at the end of the day with no appointment needed, polished it out right there on the sidewalk, and wouldn’t take a payment.

I cannot begin to explain how great the customer service was from Trojan today! I phoned them last minute asking not only can you drive me to work due to a sick co-worker, but also if they could facilitate getting the vehicle to me as I was stuck at work (due to sick co-worker and only other person at work with me today) until close. They just said "no problem!" Got my truck back by 4pm vacuumed and washed outstanding!
