My wife Rebecca and I have had Anne and Dan look after our needs on more than one occasion. We are very impressed with them. As well, other members of our family and friends have needed their services and were also impressed. They are the best, like family, extremely professional. They make a time in your life that can be so stressful and difficult go much smoother and less hectic. They strive to meet any and all of your needs like it's no problem at all, they just do it. You will not find a better funeral home.

Our family has worked with Alexander & Houle for many years. They are incredibly kind and have helped us beyond expectation during some difficult times. Thank you for your support and service.

We recently laid to rest my brother Peter Cook. The staff there did an exceptional job of care and compassion even with all the Covid 19 protocols in place. Thanks again for all you do in difficult times like this.

The owners Dan and Anne Houle are kind caring and ready to answer questions. Very helpful before the service and after. My younger Son and his family live in the U.S.A. and were unable to come for the service because of Covid 19, which is natural, a good safeguard. The Funeral Home is keeping Abie's ashes until next summer, maybe the epidemic… will be over enough that they can come over. They also helped us with the final arrangements. Things at a time like that are not always clear you aren't always thinking clearly. Thank you Dan and Anne you were there when we needed you. . Dorothy Heersma

To start, this is a lovely facility equipped with spacious viewing/sitting rooms. We received excellent service, the staff were professional and attended to our every need. Thank you for your extra care.

So compassionate and have always treated us like we are family through out the years.To this day I know I can stop in anytime for a visit.(and I have many times)

I attempted to leave a condolence to the family of Barbara German 3 times and it was never delivered, only lost each time it was attempted to be sent. Infact, I had to redo this review twice in an attempt to send. It is very difficult to put your emotions down in text only to have it lost each and every time.

I could have not picked a more compassion place for our family dan and Anne and staff went well and beyond. my wife looked so beautiful and amazing. I cant thank you guys enough the way you treat us like part… of your family. thank you guys so much you made my experience a lot easier I cant Express how much it meant to me and my children.

When we lost our son unexpectedly, the world around us crumbled. Anne & Dan were there to collect the pieces and guide us gently through with utmost care and professionalism. They took care of literally everything! I could not imagine a better place to celebrate my sons life and grieve his passing.

This past week was a real tough week for our family as we had to put my mother to rest Dianne Van Dolder. This funeral home was amazing with all the details. I have been to a couple of funeral home in Chatham. These people were so compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend this funeral home.
