We are proud to be third generation builders who have been constructing custom homes in Chatham-Kent since John Bultje started the business in 1972. Today, partners, Jim Bultje and Jeff Bultje, work alongside the third generation to build homes across Chatham-Kent. The builders specialize in home construction in The Landings and Prestancia in Chatham, but have built homes in all corners of our community.

Since we began the Landings subdivision project over 10 years ago, the neighbourhood has grown to be a beautiful and friendly area. Due to the range of house styles we are able to offer, this is the perfect setting to raise a family or spend your retirement. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, a brand new municipal playground, and quick access to major highways.
