I had called Trans Canada Label to order a label printer. Due to some super strange hours like 7:45 to 4:15, I had to leave a message. When I finally got to speak to the sales rep NORA she was abrupt, rude and basically told me that I should purchase something elsewhere....ok. She figured I had made my mind up and that was that. To let you know, I have not a clue about label printers, which is why we seek those with experience to help us out. Anyways, I am/was in the market for a label printer. And I purchased one from Glenwood Labels, who were professional, prompt and I couldn't be happier. After
