It all comes down to the people. We have a Team that is expertly trained, extensively experienced and consistently partaking in further education both through Mystic Roots and Individually. This doesn't just begin and end with our stylists and aestheticians, this extends to our entire Team. They are a collective pool of Aveda knowledge from our Mission, Rituals of Renewal, Service Standards and Product to the latest Trends and Styles.
The offering of an Aveda Comforting Tea or Spa Water, Stress Relieving Massage, Consultation. Ask us about booking with our Apprentices and Juniors in Training to gain more savings on your service! At this time we have junior, master, master elite, estheticians and stylists available for bookings. In fairness to our technicians, we are obligated to charge $50.00 per 45min or $150.00 per 2hr bookings for No Show appointments.
We address your skin concerns ranging from aging to dryness, pigmentation, sensitivity and oiliness. Your facial will include customized product formulas, massage techniques and rituals to restore your skin to balance. Please call or email in your request for facials and we will be sure to put your name in the queue.
Ashley will also be providing Advanced Nursing Footcare for those with diabetic and health concerns. Due to pre-booked client's on weekends at Mystic Roots we regret to say we are only able to accommodate our own brides and their wedding party for Hair. Please feel free to contact Vicki to discuss Mobile Hair Stylist's and Make-up Artists that we can confidently recommend.
1 Our Spa Coordinator or your Technician will meet you upon arrival inside our front foyer at top of stairs and prepare you for your visit. Please wait for direction to enter salon floor/desk area before entering. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, as space restrictions need to be adhered to ensure social distancing guidelines.

Kate did an amazing job on colour correcting my hair from a stylist at another location. I almost cried when I saw what a good job she did! I no longer have to wear a hat to cover up my hair! Not only was she amazing and skilled at her work, I felt confident in her abilities as well as the junior stylist Kaitlin. Not to mention Vicki got me in the same day I called! I couldn't recommend Mystic Roots more!

I decided to try a new hair place after 6 months without a haircut due to COVID-19 restrictions and I could not have been happier with my experience! Kaitlin was an exceptional stylist that helped make the most of all the ideas I came in with and left with something I would love every day (not just in one or two well-lit Instagram photos). We took everything one step at a time and after not having that one-on-one experience with a stylist in so long I was blown away by the thoughtfulness and patience of the experience. I have faith that all the stylists offer a similar level of service as the business

Mystic Roots does amazing work. There staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They really listen and do there best to give you what you want. I have gone myself and taken my daughter and we are both VERY happy. They are a teaching salon. So they have experienced staff and staff that are just starting out. And the price reflects the experience level of your stylist. Ask when you make an appointment. So you really get the experience you want.

Allison is an amazing stylist! She communicates so well and really gets to know her client and their needs. My hair always looks and feels fantastic. My husband and son are with her as well. The salon is wonderful and inviting and everyone works together to make you feel comfortable. They offer extras like herbal tea or water or even hand messages!! Heavenly!!!
