Charlene Lothier Ranni graduated with honors from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2005. While there Charlene concentrated on chronic pain conditions which she herself suffered for five years following a pedestrian MVA, but finally found relief through massage therapy. In 2005 she moved back to Cape Breton and opened Body Difference Massage Therapy.
Through her continuing education she expanded into deep tissue therapy where she recieved Certification in this specialty. Through her experience she has a unique understanding of pain and is a wealth of information to help you with your acute or chronic pain.

Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis. It helps to reduce chronic conditions throughout the body using increased pressure and specif work.
A few years ago I came across a product called Mercy MSM. I tried it and really liked it so I started providing it for my clients to purchase. Being a musician and dancer for some 29 years plus I have endured a lot of physical activity and pain. I also play sports and run. So my body and muscles takes a lot of abuse.
