Horrible! I called Alexander Moses because his number was on the website for a presentation center I was trying to get a hold of and he hung up on me saying "I don't work for them"...how would I know if he works for them or not, his number was on the website. No one deserves to be treated poorly for doing something innocent!

Quite probably the worst Property Management company in The Lower Mainland. I'm a general contractor and was asked by Mr Otis Lee (via a tenant) to visit one of his properties that had been infested with rats for years. Confirmed with him by email that I'd do a site visit out of hours (as it was urgent) and follow up with a written report on my findings and my recommendations going forward (including my rates and terms). Do not rent from this company ! Otis lee is the most unreliable property manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. A week after viewing the home with his assistant bingo, I was informed we didn’t get the place.a week later we received a call from Otis explanating we did in fact get it. After accepting and filling out paperwork we were told we could move things in early as it was empty and we would appreciate the extra time to move as we have a family of 9. When we showed up with a load Otis then changed his mind and made us wait till the 15th when our lease started. Business is business
