We contracted this company to replace all the windows and our screen door in may 2021. The installation started in late July the installer did a good job on the inside but the flashing on the outside wasn't done properly and left a large gap at the bottom of the screen door. When I complained to salesman and said I would be holding the remaining balance he threatened me that he would put a lien on my home. I am still waiting for the new door and the rest of the errors to be corrected. It's been 6 months don't use this company!!!

Really glad I gave these guys a call. I had a bunch of people come by and give me quotes and the numbers were all over the place. Clera's quote was definitely one of the top ones, but I'm glad I asked their rep to price match because what he did was explain that the service and job that was being offered cheaper was giving me a lot less and they were doing a lot less. I ended up paying a bit more, but the windows are fantastic, the outside of my home looks so good and more expensive now that I have the black windows.

Staff were very knowledgeable and professional. They asked me the right questions so I can figure out what is the best design for the doors of my patio. I love the designs they showed me. I love my new door. It's 8 foot wide door and the design is elegant. I was having the 2nd thought of getting it but the staff convinced me to get it and I was never dissatisfied. The staff really knows their job well. Very professional and friendly. For the next renovation in my house I would definitely get Clera for my doors and windows.

I was shopping around and getting quotes here and there. The sales representative of Clera was very helpful. He assisted me from getting a quote to finding the design. He is very knowledgeable. The guy who installed my door was very polite and professional. He did with efficiency and left the house clean. I am completely satisfied!
