We had a combination of a wood fence and chain link installed 5 years ago. Installation was fast and exactly as quoted. Work and product are of good quality. Recently we had an issue with the gate as the ground has shifted. I called and a gentleman named Ryan picked up my call. He requested pictures and some information about the issue. Ryan was able to provide a simple solution and said he wound come by in the next few days. I received a follow-up 2 days later and he came by to fix the issue. Duraguard completed our fence and gate. The gate that was installed is crooked and there is a visible gap between the post and the gate. In addition, after completing the work there was a pile of mud and concrete pieces left behind the gate, and no one checked in to let us know they were done or followed up with us. We emailed hoping for this to be rectified and never received a response, which is disappointing.

Duraguard fenced our property 10 years ago they were the best to deal with for getting a price and their help laying out the fence and orinamental iron fence. Todd and his crew have been great over the years when I had trees wrecked the fence. They made seamless repairs and they cleaned up so good you didn't even know that they were there. I requested installation of a storage cage within the perimeter of my parking stall. Their representative visited the site, quoted a price and were approved by our condor board within two weeks. The first steps were completed as arranged. Once the final steps were prepared the crew came finished the final installations, cleaned up the site and were finished in less than one hour.
I recommend this company and their employees highly. Finding a company who can start a project and finish it within the time quoted is not always easily found. This company was excellent. Five stars doesn’t truly say

If you want a chain link fence done in a timely and professional manner DO NOT choose Duraguard Fence Ltd. When you sign the contract for work to begin it clearly states that the work will be done within 90 days. However they feel that they do not need to honor this at all. I booked our fence job on July 19th 2013. Work was not completed until November 4th, a full 108 days! Every time I called for an update during those 108 days all I was met with were excuses and rudeness. When I sent an email to the owner of the business he said he didn't have time to worry about making me happy or addressing
