Mike N at Eurolite provides excellent customer service - even though I came in only 15 minutes before closing, he took the time to describe the various options for my condo, then provided a mockup design based on pictures I supplied, then when I wasn't quite sure it was what I wanted he went out of his way to provide a personal visit to my home to provide a new design. Truly professional and patient talent in their staff, with great selection of products in their store.

Yes I feel sorry that I have to resort writing a review like this to make people aware of how you totally disregard that it was your error. Just to be clear I was never told "sold as is" Two new boxes were taken from your stock room. You or your intelligent staff gave it to me. Anyway your selection sucks, there are far better lighting companies out there people. Here let me plug them right now Dark Tools, Lightform, Artemides and why not Union lighting. Guarantee they stand by mistakes if any made and you'll get great customer service!!!!!!

I have passed by this store several times as its on my normal walk route. The selection is decent with a lot of options up for display. They are more of modern look fixtures so if that tickles your fancy by all mean do visit them. Where they faltered a bit was in store help. The person I dealt with had no idea on what goes where. I am talking about a basic layout on what kind of fixtures go where even. I don't mind roaming around in a store on my own but prefer to have assistance if needed. This person made a point to let me know that they are too busy and he can't leave the front desk

Dreadful experience. Dropped in yesterday afternoon to find a new fixture. I'm looking for something specific and so I'll need to shop somewhere other than Home Depot. Sadly, I would have received much better service at Home Depot.
As I walked in there was an employee seated at the desk, he greeted me politely. For the next 10 minutes I wandered around the store, I was the only one in there, and there was not even so much as a call-out from the desk to see if he could help.
After becoming sufficiently annoyed I decided to leave and on my way out I again walked past him at the desk

Amazing lighting selection. Their prices are high, but these are modern european fixtures that you can't find most places.
Customer service is fair. Once you flag someone down and have their attention they are willing to show you around the store and help you figure out what you are looking for. They also showed me lights not on display that could be easily ordered. Very helpful.

This place might not appeal to most Yelpers because most of the lighting fixtures sold here costs about the price of a pair of Prada shoes.
However, this place has many lights that are not available in the average lighting shops. If you like fine/European design, this place might have what you're looking for. They sell higher end (and higher quality) lighting that might be sometimes difficult to find if you're looking for something specific.
My first visit here was in 2001 when I was renovating my apartment. My most recent visit was ten years later when I was renovating my apartment
