Probably one of the worst customer experiences I've had. Not the fault of staff as I was dealing with the "President".
I was referred to this store through yamaha. I was looking to purchase a small outboard engine. After confirming the price and availability I was looking forward to getting my new engine. Unfortunately, upon arrival I was told it had been sold. I guess sometimes stuff happens.
The part that was very disappointing, I could have been told it was sold before i drove 2 hours. Or, they could have asked for a deposit; I would have been happy to pay. Most of all you shouldn't blame

I'd like.to share my experience with you all.
I knew from speaking with Owner Shawn on the phone that this was the place my boat would be purchased . We took the 2 1/2 hour trip from St Catharines . We ended up purchasing our dream boat. Shawn made it easy fun and hassle free. Honestly it was a pleasure.
He even delivered our boat to St Catharines and again walked us through all the functionalities one more time. Don't hesitate to give this G3 Dealer a look it will be well worth it..

I had the pleasure of meeting Rick this morning. He informed me that they're backed up 3 weeks in the service department. He and I both agreed that too many people are living in an instant society. Quality takes time people. Learn to book ahead or as I taught my kids....if you fail to prepare, prepare to fail. We had a great visit and shared a few laughs. I'm able to wait 3 weeks. It's not a big deal. Drop down to Hastings Marine and talk to the new owners, Rick and Shawn ( hoping I spelled it correctly). They are both very personable and knowledgeable.

Hastings Marine is amazing - we have all our boats stored and serviced there every year. Their customer service is above and beyond what we have experienced with other marinas. They are very responsive, honest and reasonably priced, and they go out of their way to help you out. We have recommended them to friends in the area as well and they were equally as impressed.
