Just recent a whole host of reasons to call on Jodi Pettit. Jodi has always been awesome, just now to a whole new level. I want to thank Jodi for not making insurance feel ichie as it usually did until a friend referred Jodi.
I recently was hit in a hit and run, Jodi in turn hits it out of the park.
Then I refer my mom for home insurance, just seen the quote, 50% savings, really? in insurance LOL.
Now we are working on a new home that my family bought , Jodi is on it like a pitbull so that I dont have to, that is what brokers are suppose to do, this one just does insurance better.....

I worked with Stephanie from the outset to handle my home and auto insurance, and she was very professional, and always responded very quickly. She was flexible as well, and was able to accommodate changes that my auto-people were requesting at very short notice. It was easy to reach her both by phone and email. If she is a reflection of the rest of her team, then I feel very confident in the work that they do at ICD Insurance.

After all NOT a pleasant experience.
First impression during initial quote over the phone was great: friendly and polite staff went me over the options of car insurance, asked a lot of questions including "any accidents in past SIX years".
When I decided to go with the offered quote I confirmed the chosen coverage and options over email. Replies was quick at first but then followed by sudden silence... for two days. Then I received a very brief email stating that they can not offer me coverage at all based on the history of car accidents (8 and 7 years old). So, I shoot the email asking how long

My business was insured at a different brokerage prior to ICD. My previous broker always left my concerns unanswered and my coverage at a minimal level which is like buying a car with only one seat and three tires and hoping nothing happens. ICD looked at my business in depth and within two weeks had me properly covered for all contingences at a level I felt comfortable with. They now have my fleet coverage due to their level of professionalism and personal attention to detail. I highly recommend having your commercial insurance checked over by their staff for errors and omissions.
