After major storm damage to my car, I called my broker, John, and he returned my call within the hour, so the claim was handled quickly. Very surprised at the one single negative review, as I've been with John Riolo for years and have always had my calls returned immediately. I get incredible rates, even when my teenager was added to my policy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic customer service is priceless. Thanks John!!

Jonh and his staff have been very helpful, and great to deal with. He has been able to keep my rates low, he and his staff always explain every detail regarding my policy, any changes and making sure I know all my coverage options. He made sure I was covered exactly the way I wanted and needed for my home and auto insurance. He and his staff also made sure I know how to use my insurance BEFORE I have an accident to deal with, and how to react to and respond to an accident!

My partner and I were referred to John and Lisa through a co-worker for home insurance and auto/motorbike. Lisa was very friendly and patient at reception and on the phone. Almost right away into my phone call with John, it was easy to tell that he genuinely wanted to help me and take the time. He even went as far as not only patiently answering all of my questions, but also helping me understand how I could save, and what insurance companies skip over or ask about to bump up your premiums, and what things you can ask for to give you discounts.

I switched my insurance over to Protect Plus in august. The team there were able to provide me with better rates and coverage than I was Receiving from my former providers. Not only that but they were able to inform me of some serious issues I had with my former providers. I was getting Insurance for my car from one provider and my house from another. Protect Plus informed me of some serious issues with doing my insurance this way. While in 15 years my other two providers never made mention of it at all.

John was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He sat down with me and went over all of my current insurance coverage. He then was able to get me some similar and even better coverage through his network and at the same time saved me a bunch of money!
