When Shawn retired, he sold his half of the business to Andrew, who is the sole owner now. I had a break in and the glass on my commercial unit was smashed with a rock and so was my showcase. Dwyer was at the store within 10 minutes of my phone call. Measured up the glass and was back to install it within 1 hour. Very professional, very fast. They cleaned up all the glass. Came back in the afternoon and installed the piece of glass on my showcase. Would recommend them to anyone.

This company did a terrible job on my window. It broke in under one year. And the owner played the blame game and did not even attempt a reasonable resolution with me. Blamed me and then walked away shouting in front of my home in the middle of the afternoon. I will be filing with small claims court. It's unfortunate that it's come to this.
