Elderly family members looking for real estate in the Okanagan, several attempts to contact your agent Barb Van Steenoven with no success. 3 days later Barb finally contacts back to which she was advised other agent has been found through remax. Barb says no use calling your company if all your gonna do is waste our time then hangs up. Customer service at its best.....
