The receptionist was rude when I pressed her on my concerns regarding the septic placement. Septic was placed on high ground instead of low ground which used a natural gravity flow. I had to get it dug up and moved by another contractor. I was not onsite for the dig but marked where i wanted septic. The second coy that moved the septic for me said that any installer would have know that the area that it was put in was incorrect due to the natural contours of the property. I was ignored after i told them of this matter and could not get anybody on the phone since.

What started off as a call to have our septic tank pumped, turned into a septic tank install. After pumping and cleaning it, they found a major issue in our tank and advised us. Once we were shown the issue a new tank was ordered. Yesterday it was installed, today inspected and everything was put back to as close as possible to the way it was. Great job, well done and we are very pleased with the clean up and repair of the lawn and drive way. All of the people were very professional and were pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommended them.

They installed my septic in the wrong area. I gave them an overhead of the property and written detail on the location. My house plans had to be changed, they also left the tanks exposed. I had to get another coy to come in and install a holding tank and pump. I had asked them to come and fix the issue but they would not return my calls and when I did get in contact with them, Mr Zomer would not take the call. I even told them I would pay for half of cost, even though it was their mistake. Do not use them, very unprofessional.
