I sent M&M a full set of bolts and other parts from my motorcycle restoration project. They lost the vast majority of the pieces somehow and told me to replace them and I would be reimbursed. I did my best to buy used parts and have them plated at M&M, which were done well. However the promised reimbursement came up far short. They had pretty good service and were pretty apologetic but I'm out several hundred dollars and counting as I continue to find parts are missing as I complete the motorcycle. Make sure you document every last piece you send these guys, with pictures.
