The company began in 1995 as DTI Diversified located in Kitchener Ontario on Victoria Street in the old A-1 Storage building (which eventually became part of MTD). In 1997, the company moved to New Hamburg, Ontario; a town located in Wilmot Township and well-known for its Heritage Water Wheel landmark that's the centrepiece of a three-park riverfront system.

Me and my organization not used to importing items from Canada and lack of knowledge on the whole process could cause delays etc. After conducting a search online I contacted DTI Logistics Canada. All through out the process Ross been very responsive and informative. He is always been proactive and instructed me to be sure how things are handled in U.S. Customs. And exactly what to expect. We didn't have a brokerage firm and he also assisted with this. It is very important to communicate with single source which creates less confusion and keep things organized. Had an Awesome experience with DTI Logistics. The quote came in a timely manner. Dti Logistics has been great for shipments across Canada and the United States. They try and accommodate all parties needs and give updates on where the shipments are and when they will be arriving, if there is any issues they are on top of it and get things sorted as much as possible. I have been shipping with DTI for a few years now, and they are very good at what they do. My products are generally single pallets shipping to the US, in some cases rather off the beaten trail. They have never failed to meet my needs, and at a very competitive rate. They communicate very well, and I always know where the freight is, and when it delivers.
