Matt was incredible! We called him on a Sunday with no water and he was by in 10 min! He helped us limp through with our water pump until we could have him replace our waterline and pump within a few days (so much sooner than expected!). He promptly returned to check on things a few days later to make sure things were working well and we have had no problems since. His professional manner and willingness to get the job done properly at any inconvenience to himself (standing in water up to his waist!) is amazing! Awesome customer service and great quality work!

After an unsuccessful attempt to tighten the knobs of my toilet which caused the bowl to crack, I gave up and decided to let a professional do the job. But who do I call? An on-line search produced Washago Plumbing. With so many great reviews, I just had to give them a call.
Spoke to Matt who promised a time to come on that very same day. And true to his word, Matt was prompt. He then assessed and provided us with a quote and a date to complete the job. We also asked him about another troubling plumbing issue we just couldn’t get done. He also assessed that and gave us a thorough explanation

We were experiencing iron build up in our sump pumps and Matt was so quick to lend a helping hand! He was extremely flexible with his schedule and willing to fit us in.
