Terrible service. I called and made an appointment three weeks in advance to have them pump out our septic tank. The agreed upon day came and they didn't show, I waited two and a half days and they still didn't show. I called them 4 times over those two and a half days and was told they were on the way. Not once did they call me to say they would be late, set-up another time etc... I ended up calling another company (Kensington septic) they arrived when they said they would and did a great job. Borden septic deserves 0 stars but I had to add one in order to post this.
