Worst haircut I have ever had. NOT IMPRESSED. Asked her what I should do about my dry and damaged hair. She didn't even tell me what she wanted to do and washed my head. Was rough, got water in my mask and even when I told her she didn't stop to let me get the water out my eyes and in my mask. I had to grab a Kleenex myself to get the water out of my mask.
The hairdresser was excessively rough with my hair and didn't listen to me. My hair is thick so my scalp is sensitive, any good hairdresser knows that. I also asked her not to use scented products but she did anyway telling me it was a treatment
