Cheap and evil company, operations are extremely sexist, and racist. HR is one person and she doesnt have time to care about anything. CEO seems to just let shop run however they want, which they hire everyone contract and well below industry standard and then only ever extend your contract by two weeks... which they tell you the day before your contract ends. They laugh at how poorly they treat their employees and keep them hanging by a string. Also no such thing as work life balance... people are over worked and under paid.
