HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I reserved a room here the night before my arrival, and arrived at the hotel roughly an hour after check in time begins (about 3 pm). When I went to check in, I was informed that they had given my reservation away as I had not chosen to pay in advance (although was given the option) and they had no other rooms available. They didn't call, email, or contact in any way to even see if I was still coming, even though you have until midnight to check into your room. I have never experienced anything like this, and certainly don't recommend. Zero stars.
