Throughout the years we have grown into a 25 000 square foot facility with 7 overhead cranes 4 having 5 ton capacity and 3 having 3 ton capacity, to service all your manufacturing requirements. Located in the heart of the Foothills Industrial Park, Diversified Machine Works has been providing unsurpassable service and quality in and around the Calgary area since 1998. Being ISO Certified, we have Quality Control Personnel inspecting every part after completion. Ensuring that all our parts are made to the utmost quality before they're out the door.
Diversified Machine Works high-performance CNC turning centers are designed to be extremely rigid, highly accurate, and thermally stable. Robust tool turrets index quickly to reduce cycle times, and live tooling and C-axis options are available to perform secondary operations without refixturing. Our sophisticated machinery and capabilities enable us to produce large volumes of parts at economical cost with high precision.
The Vertical Traveling Column (VTC) 250D Vertical Machining Center features a powerful 50 taper high torque spindle, full traveling column design and fixed table for machining of extremely long and heavy work pieces. It also has the capability for a table center to partition the machine work envelope.
Diversified Machine Works CNC Waterjet provides unparalleled value. With a high speed, high precision motion system, our waterjet provides high quality parts -fast. The motion system is imperative to creating a high quality part. Full wrap around bellows ensure long component life, and highly accurate cut parts.
The Machitech Diamond Cut Plasma Table is specially designed for high precision cutting with exceptional cut quality. It can cut material up to 2 thickness on our 6ft by 12ft table. Machitech Automatic torch height control, uses arc voltage sampling to follow variations in material and Laser pointer integrated for plate alignment.

I have been in Machine Shops for 15 years and Diversified is by far the best one I have worked in. The relationship between all staff is very open and honest. Help is always at hand for any staff who requires it. All work is turned around as quickly and efficiently as possible to keep the customers satisfied. Will always recommend Diversified to anyone who requires any repairs or new parts manufactured.

I was hired here told i would be given training and a uniform and they didnt give me anything i showed up and had nothing to do they were completely unprepared and decided they didnt need me after 1 day because there was nothing for me to do also the building they work in is so dangerously rotted with exposed insulation and is very cluttered with hardly any orginization. So basically over all safety is a very low priority there with very low pay. My take on this is no one should ever work there
