Called to get an idea of what a survey would cost, and was able to speak with Wilson (the website indicates this is the company president). He seemed very knowledgable, and was able to give me some good information in a short phone call. If I do end up getting a survey done, I believe I would go with this company.

UPDATE:
Philip himself called me after noticing the review I left online. He said it wasn't right they told me $600 then charged me more later on. I couldn't agree more, it wasn't right. I only feel it's fair to update my review to reflect my opinion on the matter. I still feel a little annoyed that I was told that amount, had called to try to get a refund, and was denied. I don't like how I had to resort to leaving a negative review to get my refund. That being said, I'm happy that I got charged the amount I was originally told. He didn't ask me to change my review like some others have in the

My husband and I were very happy with the service we received at Phillips & Stevens, and highly recommend this company to others. It was a great start to our new home build.
