Out of everywhere you can go in Toronto for lasering, Viola is the best clinic you can go to, for sure. I’ve had past experiences with laser clinics in which they don’t do a medical check beforehand, have seen family get burned from them, and when asked to lower the intensity at these places, was told it was just how the laser was. Viola is the best at going above and beyond for care and quality of their services.
I’ve been extremely loyal to Fariba and Andrew since I discovered them, and for good reason. They take measures to make sure they know you quite well - they remember your skin

Fariba is very nice and caring, she listens, and acknowledges and provides the best service. I’m seeing great results especially on my legs and hands but more sessions for some parts like face which is hormonal and I have to be on a medication for. The place is absolutely clean and I really feel safe and comfortable there. They are very flexible with my schedule and always give me the time that it’s best for me while they are so understanding.

Definitely lived up to it's name of best laser clinic in Toronto. 100/10 would recommend!!
PAST LASER EXPERIENCE --- I've tried 3 sessions of Soprano laser at 2 other laser clinics prior but it was not very effective and extremely painful (I have low pain tolerance), which often led to impatient technicians as they had to slow down often. To be honest, these past experiences put me off the idea of laser for a solid 3+ years.

The best laser clinic in Toronto. I highly recommend this place for their services and for the great staff. I look forward to every visit to pick their brains on the best and latest skincare treatments or routines. I've been coming to Viola for the past several months and I absolutely love her services. This is my first time doing laser treatments and she made the experience so worth while. My hair literally started falling out after my first session and I'm on my 4 session and the results are amazing. For a black girl with darkskin, my hair is very coarse and now after just 4 sessions, my hair is much thinner. I absolutely loved my experience at Viola Laser and Fariba is an absolute pleasure.

My experience so far with Fariba has been amazing. I have seen results with my laser sessions which I wasn’t expecting. She’s very thorough with her procedure and has tremendous knowledge. Andrew as well is really helpful and accommodating with appointments. I will definitely be going to them again and again for more procedures.

Let's start by mentioning that I have found THE one, my go to place for any laser related treatment. When it comes to getting the treatment, seeing the result really matters and Fariba did the most amazing job (and I have only gotten 1 treatment so far) with succeeding that. Not to mention her skill at making me (and obviously every client) feel most welcoming, feel comfortable and have no pain experience (which is an important factor if you are looking for laser treatment). Best laser and skincare clinic ever!!
1. The place is definitely safe and clean. They have hand sanitizer everywhere, shoe cover dispenser, mandatory mask wearing etc.
2. I’ve tried underarm laser hair removal 8 times before coming here but my hair kept growing back..so far I’ve only had 2 sessions here but it already worked better than before, I can tell my hair grows WAY MORE SLOWLY.
3. Also for the skin consultation, it’s extremely informative. They help me redesign my skincare routine and offer me lots of valuable advice. They truly care about customers’ skin instead of selling them

Very happy with the outcome so far . I have been in few places befor but none worked that well. At Viola most of the hair have been disappeared after only one session which was awesome. Just started my laser hair removal for my face . I have been to just 2 sessions and my hair just disappeared even after the first session. This is my first laser experience and can't tell you how happy I am . Fariba is very professional and the sweetest . I have been in Viola Laser for hair removal treatment and microdermabrasion.
Hair removal is with Candela gentlemax which was really effective and it works very well in my dark skin, as you may know most of the laser machines are not suitable for dark skins , Candela just works with the most recent technic which is adjustable for any skin type/ color
Beside for my dark spots, I got the microdermabrasion treatment today and it looks different after only one treatment. I would come every 2 weeks to get at least 4-5 times more to reach the best result and I'm super happy with their service and
