Services
Named after the historic Avalon road connecting James Bay to Beacon Hill Park, Avalon Mechanical was founded in 1984 by Bob Landell as a sole proprietorship. Joined by Mirek Demidow, the company was incorporated in 1989 and remained on the corner of Government and Johnson until 2007. During that time Avalon has grown into an industry leader, recognized for it's innovative mechanical design, energy modelling, and commitment to sustainability.
At Avalon, our mechanical engineering and energy services are designed to suit the needs of each project. Our work experience has included the design, tender, coordination, and completion of thousands of projects, from simple to complex.
We have developed excellent working relationships with municipal governments and their personnel across Vancouver Island, and are able to effectively coordinate with architects, developers, owners, and other consultants as required.
