The doctor was very helpful with his explanations of what he was doing and helped me to understand what needs to be done to correct my spine. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination. Through educational opportunities (like this website), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care.
Suzie is our full time Chiropractic Assistant. Her energetic and welcoming personality will be one of the first things you feel when you walk into the office. She is a wonderful chiropractic advocate who has seen the benefits of chiropractic care first hand. For years I have struggled with anxiety and panic attacks.
Dr. Whitney first became interested in chiropractic while working in the neurology department at the London Health Sciences Centre. I was amazed! Everything the chiropractor explained to me made so much sense.
But the best part was that not only did I quickly start to feel better, but a chronic health problem I had, which many doctors told me would never get better, totally disappeared (and it wasn't even something that I thought chiropractic could help with!).It was at that point that I decided to become a chiropractor myself.

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Thompson Terminal Point technique is a system of analysis and a special table that reduces the amount of energy needed to adjust your spine.

I can't say enough about how much Dr. Whitney has done for my spinal heath; I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in.
Whitney took the time to explain not only why I was having pain, and what he would be doing to help alleviate it; he also gave me "homework" to help me outside of coming in for adjustments. I am now back to feeling my age, and will continue on my maintenance plan with Whitney.
Thank you to Whitney and his friendly staff for helping me understand what I need to do in order to feel this great!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Whitney's for nine years. We started visiting with our young four month old, unhappy son. Dr. Whitney took his time to explain to us what was happening to our son's spine and how it was effecting his overall health. The difference has been amazing. My husband and I have been under Dr. Wihlidal's care for many years. We visit at least once a month for ongoing care and it's our first stop if we're not feeling well or struggling with an injury. We've been through infertility, pregnancy, a whole bunch of stress and now chiropractic care for our son all with Dr. Wihlidal's support.
