I was w Bell for 20+ years but hated their expensive Fibe bundle pricing for services I didn't really want. But I was also worried about switching to Pathcom since entire family relies on good internet for work. But I've been with Pathcom for a couple months now and am very happy I switched. Excellent, prompt and almost personal tech support. Excellent internet speed and strength. Excellent voip quality - certainly not like the voip quality when I first tried voip 10 years ago. Thanks Pathcom.

If I could give them a 0 I would. If you don't have any problems they are ok to deal with. If you have a problem they are a nightmare. I was without internet for more than 2 weeks. I called them every day and all I got is different STORIES from each technician. I escalated the issues many times and finally it got somewhat resolved. Recently I was overcharged on my credit card and I can't get a straight answer. I spoke to a manager who assure me that he would send me an email. I have been waiting for 9 days and I still have not heard from them. I would not recommend Pathways Communications

Thank you for the spam. Who cares about the laws in Canada - certainly not you! Buying emails addresses and sending BS emails with your ads( and yes, they buy email addresses as it's only being used for my friends and family and not signed up for anything. This is why your emails start with "Dear valued Pathway customer". I am NOT your customer!! I don't sign up with scammers such as your business! Hey, but great way to market! Thanks Pathway for showing Canadians how little you care about our telecommunications laws!

We have bell line issues that are being resolved this spring but these jokers are holding me to my new contract less the 30 days old back in Nov. We are stuck with there crap and will be cancelling Nov 2017 We still use our Bell service as it works better than pathways. This is being posted and looked at by 5700 cross Canada customers of ours.

Sales People would email and call, we even asked for a quote and no one could be bothered to get back to us. They called again and tried to sell us something else and we have repeatedly asked them to remove us from their contact list. Clearly doesn't understand new CASL laws, and can't stop pestering us.

I think Pathway is just super. The other day I had a problem (over the years I have had very few) - and my call was answered right away. The personal was pleasant and courteous and knew what he was doing. He want online into my account and fixed it up in very short order. It was obviously more complicated a problem than I had ever had before, nonetheless it was taken care of as I was holding on the line and actually watching him work it out. I live in the Annex and get very slow service from Pathcom. I pay about $46/month and get an average of 2.36 Mbps download speeds. We can't watch videos on Netflicks without frequent pauses for buffering.
Today I had a bad experience with their technical support department. I wanted to change my wifi security password but the agent refused to give me the password to log into my DSL modem. He said they manage the DSL modem from their end and don't permit customers to adjust the settings themselves. He only gave me the password to log in to my router after I threatened to switch to Rogers
