I had the pleasure of working directly with the owner of Greyfield on a unique design/build coach-house project. He was not only extremely knowledgeable on current building practices, but was also available to take my calls whenever I had a question (I had lots!). After the initial contract was drafted and signed, the work began immediately. The employees were friendly and courteous, focused on doing the best job. There were a few change orders issued due to unforeseen circumstances with soil removal and some changes made by myself and architect (in terms of overall design). I expected some changes
