Services
Here at Hillside we not only put our knowledge to use in the treatment rooms of our clinic, we also go out and use our skills to support the community. Several of the therapists on staff act as Athletic Therapists for various community organizations and activities such as St. Mary Football, Saskatchewan Summer and Winter Games, The PBR(Professional Bull Riding), as well as the River Riders Youth Football Team.
The concussion talk at Hillside was very informative and definitely answered a lot of the questions the audience had in regards to concussion awareness and management. A special thanks to Rhonda Shishkin and Dr. Kate Thompson on a great presentation. In support of minor football in Prince Albert, Hillside decided to bring in Chris Getzlaf to speak to all the young football players about sport and fair play.
In the hope of uniting physical activity and the beauty of nature South Hill Physiotherapy and Fitness Centre thought it would be a great idea to host a trail race in the scenic Little Red River Park. The trail race will prove to be fun yet challenging. Come out and explore the hidden beauty that the park has to offer.

5 months after my injury I started going to Jason at Hillside. Saw him for 6 weeks, and in that time he watched me walk down a hallway twice and put a TENS unit on my knee every visit. That was it. Slap the machine on my knee and then could be heaRd down the hall visiting with the young women. I quickly figured out that unless you were a woman he could flirt with or a young boy he could impress, Jason just was not interested in your care. Made the switch to Ian DeBack at Freedom Physiotherapy and never looked back. As well, against my wishes, I had to leave Ian's care to begin rehabilitation care
