Over the past 10 years all of our guests and local acquaintances we've spoken to have all said nothing but negative things about this company. Rude staff, overpriced but worstly sticking people with extra BS charges upon returns.
One of their drivers tried to squeeze a trailer between 2 of us loading boats at the launch and almost hit my wife and daughter because of his impatience. There were only inches between each 3 trailers and I couldn't even open the door to get out of vehicle. When asked to wait and leave some room he became confrontational and started cursing in front of my children.
