Master Conveyors, founded in 2000, specialized in the production of various conveyor systems. As the company grew and with the addition of such services as design & build and custom fabrication, owners Abe and John Klassen decided to rebrand their company to MC3 Manufacturing Inc. MC3 Manufactures standard conveyors, filtration products and complete turnkey chip conveyor systems.
MC3 is equipped with the very latest in laser cutting equipment. The 3D Fabri Gear 400 III is capable of handling larger pieces of materials compared to regular CNC machines. MC3's close proximity to the Windsor/Michigan border allows for quick, cost efficient delivery to most central USA states like Michigan and Ohio as well as throughout Ontario.
From automotive to food processing to pharmaceutical and more, MC3 Manufacturing creates custom conveyor systems that will get the job done. Whether you need to transport goods within your facility or sort out scrap for disposal, we can design and manufacture the right material handling conveyor to suit your purpose.
The MC3 hinged steel belt conveyor systems are a proven performer in the machining and metal forming industry. Typical applications for our hinged belt conveyors include filtering chips from the machining of metal parts and sorting scrap that accumulates from metal forming. We offer options with both a 1.5" and 2.5" pitch.
The MC3 magnetic chip conveyors are ideal for conveying wet or dry cast iron chips, steel slugs, scrap, and ferrous parts. We've perfected our chip conveyor design with a totally enclosed machine frame to protect the chain, ceramic magnets, and gear drive from contamination. The stainless steel slider bed provides a wear resistant surface for chips and metal parts.
