Unbelievable service at Wiltse's Brockville Glass. Unbelievably bad. Jun 2020 we ordered a storm door for the front of our house. Two months later (Aug) we called to see where it was. Due to Covid the manufacturer was delayed. O.k. possibly another month, we were told. September we called again. Still manufacturing delays, should be another month. Beginning of October we called again. Still manufacturing delays. No indication as to when the door would be delivered. We asked if they would complete the other (minor) things we had asked to be done - caulking the side window and installing new locks

Terrible. If the job isn't big enough or bring in the money they want, they just don't show up. Twice now I've had this experience. First time I had an estimate done to replace a window, the guy said he'd beck to drop off written estimate, never showed up. Second time, needed a small pane of glass cut for an interior door; I was told it would be done in a day or two, never got done, even after I followed up. I guess some things are just not worth their time. ...But that just means I go elsewhere for the big jobs I need done and I let everyone know about their arrogance. Terrible business ethos
