Services
Any time a violent offence is reported to the police - an investigation is sure to follow. As a suspect, you may be subject to intensive questioning and you face serious consequences if found guilty. Remember: it is your right to contact a lawyer and employ legal representation. Contact the team at DDSG for legal representation today and ensure your rights are protected.
Computer crimes primarily relate to allegations that an individual has utilized the internet to distribute, access or produce illicit sexual material such as child pornography. Other criminal offences exist for using the internet to "lure" apparently underage individuals to engage in sexual activity, such as exposing themselves on the internet or agreeing to meet strangers for sexual purposes.
For many clients, their involvement in the criminal justice system will not end at the completion of trial or sentencing. Both the Defence and Prosecution have a broad right to appeal verdicts and sentences. Depending on the nature of the criminal appeal, these rights may extend all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada.
Driving offenses threaten your day-to-day life, especially those that risk a loss of your license. Being unable to drive for any amount of time can severely limit your freedom, independence and ability to work. A conviction can result in jail and will always substantially affect what you pay for future insurance.
Failing to appear and breach of bail or probationary conditions are very commonly charged offences in Alberta. Penalties range from probation and fines, to varying lengths of jail.

Conviction on even one or two of these charges can quickly result in individuals being denied bail when charged with additional criminal offences in the future as it indicates the Court cannot depend on an offenders promise to appear in court, or comply with court orders. It is important that you get legal advice from our criminal lawyers when dealing with these charges as numerous sometimes quite technical defences exist.

Reguarding Dushan Coulson as he represented me ://
I would choose no one else to represent me in front of the court system. The man hours and dedication to my situation were above and beyond so much appreciated. I do not believe any one representing me through legal aid could have made a better outcome for me. Mr Coulson i wish you good fortune and all the blessings a man can recieve toward yourself and your family. Thanks so much!
