Stay away, they're useless. Your doctor who specializes in your illness can order you to be off work for a short time, and Coughlin will deny it, because their office dwellers know better than a medical professional. I'm not even entitled to benefits with them in the first place. It costs them literally nothing.

Takes literally forever to submit a claim.
Step 1 .. print out a paper coph of your medical expense claim form to start a claim
Step 2... write down on the claim form what the expense was.tgen take a picture of the filled out form
Step 3.. turn expense claim form picture into a PDF format so that it can be submitted ( careful though ,if the PDF is more then 10 megabytes then you have to send a second email with the same information stating that the form pages are 1 of 2.... and 2 of 2 otherwise the claim will be refused . But wait it's not over yet ..

First time at this spot and it was typical atmosphere, decent food and good service. I haven't been to a sushi buffet in a little while but this place didn't do anything to really stand out from your run of the mill buffet. Orders came out quickly, only one error was made but nothing major and we enjoyed most of the food.

Overall there okay to deal with. Way behind in the times. All documents are dealt with through mail. Making changes to benefits or pension very slow. They need to get on board with docu sign or email. I think the slow mailing process works in there favor so they don't really care. I sold my house with ReMax using docu sign, had legal documents, 3 offers back and forth and a closed deal in less than 24hrs. With Coughlin and there mailing method. I'm looking at a 3-6 month wait along with the delays Canada Post is having to get a pension payout. Not too impressed, but it what it is.
