No control over thier drivers and risk of assault or them dumping people you send from the bars in the middle of no where. Unacceptable and one of the reasons nanaimo is not a safe city. Be careful

Scary cars with engine lights on and rude drivers. Impossible to reach and when you do the person answering the phones is incredibly rude and short. Hung up on me twice.

Usually they have been reliable for me. I recommend getting a card/number from your favourite driver if you find them helpful. Seems like a high turnover business for drivers so it’s not always consistent on the service you get

Driver called and threatened my husband, swearing at him and calling him derogatory and extremely offensive names because there was a mixup, and someone else took our cab. Threatened to find us and beat him up. Absolutely despicable, we’ve never encountered anything like this in our lives.

If I could rate negative stars I would. We arrived asked about a taxi and was told with crossed arms “we are here for the pilots". Asked about calling another taxi and had no response. Might as well have been invisible. Could not have been worse. Called Yellow Cab 40-60 minutes and we were doing them a favour. They did give us the name and number of another company. Called A.C. Taxi - very pleasant 5-10 minutes.

Don't use. Call the other company. Will always tell you 15 mins or less. Constantly 30 Mins/60 mins or more. Never an update. There's always 3-4 sitting at the ferry terminal won't move even though the boat doesn't arrive for 2 hours. Once called at 5am on a Friday morning. Not a long weekend Friday lornjng or anything like that, zero traffic on the road to make the 6:25am ferry, they didn't show up until 6:25am just to be sent away because I already missed my sailing.
