Even those who keep an impeccably clean home may still have potentially unhealthy particles circulating in the air. These range from very minor irritants like dust and animal dander to major ones such as moulds and chemical vapours created by building materials or furnishings. No need to live in fear though.

There are good inspectors, but just as any industry, there is the good, the bad and the ugly. In my experience, just as previous posts, Robert Iseppi of AmeriSpec Windsor was rude and unprofessional by any standard. Horrible work ethic and you can tell he's used to people putting up with this. Did a BS inspection. I would have left a zero rating if that was possible. If Robert Iseppi is ever suggested to you - think twice. Under normal circumstances would not let such person anywhere close to my door step not to mention let him into my home. Horrible experience to have to put up with Robert

The Guy who will rename nameless was great as far as seeming to know how. Unfortunately, friendly service was not what we were paying for.
3 Days after moving in, we had to replace all of our main plumbing and pressure tank due to a flood that surrounded our basement. According to the plumbers a lot of things were overlooked and missed.
Simple things such as plumbing caps, to ensure water doesn't drain or flow into the room, piping was below scale, not large enough for the pressure of the tank, the list goes on. In the long run paid over $750 for the inspection and an additional $3000 to have

AVOID!... Two years ago, AmeriSpec, out of Windsor, inspected a home in Leamington that I subsequently bought. A colleague of Robert Iseppi - the manager - performed the inspection. His name was Donald Campbell. He was very pleasant and personable. Too bad he wasn't more competent. What did he miss?
Windows: The seal were gone on four windows. Cost to replace? Don told me $400, in total. The actual cost? $1,200, in total. And there's more. The casements on three of the four windows were broken. Too bad Don never bothered to open the windows and discover the problem. When I

Ed was very professional from first contact (over a long-weekend!) to the day of the Buyer Inspection. Service was seamless, and my first time home-buyer client appreciated Ed's final walk-through at the end of the Inspection. Final report was quite detailed and complete. I would recommend Ed to anyone looking for a thorough Home Inspection.

No place on any part of their webpage to file a complaint or how to file a complaint. kinda shady if you ask me. we know they are shady because we used them as our inspector (first time home buyers) not realising that its shady to have buyer agent find inspector. also shady that we found out inspector is friends with buyers agent. inspector did not… work on our behalf nor did our agent. inspector lied on report such as saying tenant items were in home when it was empty of all items, inspector did not confirm if leak was fixed (leaked damage was visible and when asked said old...it still

Scammer in Windsor working with realtors just to make a highest profit available.
I was scammed by Rober Iseppi of amerispec and realtor from ReMax Barbara Oczachowski. Beware of them!
When I bought the house it was "perfect" so they make maximum profit, when I was selling it he found lots of issues when I never made any changes to construction of the property. Costed my few thousand. Fraud
