Guardian Property Management provides a range of tenant services to assist in the search for a suitable residence. Our rental property manager will take the time to sit with you and provide you with a description of the available units which will meet your specific needs. Leases can sometimes be very intimidating documents.
Guardian provides both Condo Management Services as well as Rental Management Services. Guardian Property Management employs a team of service professionals (electricians, roofers, plumbers, etc) to ensure your property(s) is well maintained and your investment is protected. Financial Management Financial statements are available on a pre-determined date for each month.
Whether you own a low-rise modest building or a high-rise upscale property, we will manage your property to foster a cooperative and inclusive relationship with your tenants. Satisfied tenants contributes to longevity of tenancy. All tenants are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Property owners are kept informed on all aspects of the property from its financial tracking to its state of repair.

At Guardian Property Management we offer our clients a menu of services to choose from which meet their individual need. Guardian Property has partnered with a number of local certified contractors and service providers with a view to purchase in bulk.
Guardian Property Management is happy to provide this electronic request for a status certificate. In-keeping with requirements of the Condominimium Act under 76(3) Guardian Property Management will prepare and deliver the status certificate to the requesting source within 10 days of confirming the electronic request.

We live in a condo in Peterborough our property managers are guardian properties. We are very lucky and fortunate to have such nice property managers the staff is amazing. They are always willing to listen to you on the telephone.

I wish i could give them negetive stars. Our lease was to end at 31st August. Our agent took advantage of us not being at home, came in 30th August and threw all our stuff out. We had many valuables which we couldn't recover. She told us you can go to the police if you want. The management is trash everytime i call them everyone is either on a leave or "just left the office". They think they can take advantage of international students just because we wont take any legal actions. You are wrong this time!!l

I have been a tennent of Guardian property management for over 2 years and i have had a great experience dealing with them. They are very easy to communicate with and very friendly staff. Any issue have been fixed in a very timly manner. Not to mention the owners Jay and Grant are very friendly and easy to get along with. Highly recommended company.

Like a previous poster, I wish I could give zero stars.
Jay Hayes at Guardian Property will not rent to anyone on social assistance, nor people with pets - both of these things are illegal & carry fines as well as the potential for her to lose her real estate licence. She is breaking the law & I doubt this is the first time. She admitted both of these things to our social services worker in emails & text messages.
She is uncommunicative with both her clients & Social Services. She blames both parties, pitting one against the other; blames the lack of communication on one or the other, when in

If I could give this business no stars I would. I have recently moved into a home that is run by this business, They run the whole subdivision that I live in . I have received letters in the mail from them none directed at me. The letters were disrespectful and idiotic. I can tell you that they are unprofessional, and have no logic for anything that they do. They are supposed to maintain the property but I have 4 feet of weeds growing in my front yard. Fact that they have less than two stars says it right there For you.

This business has some serious internal communication issues and have no idea how to respect other people.
My old landlord hired them to rent the place out, therefore my landlord is their client, I am not.
1. As I was getting ready to move out, they started to showing the place. They informed me in a head of time which was good. However, they left the floor dusty and moved my stuff without ant permission. They explained why the floor was dusty but never apologized for moving my things.

My family had dealt with this company years ago. They would simply not deliver any important information for the property owner to the tenants and when there is no communication between the property owner and the tenants, you can only imagine what will happen. We had spent lots of time on dealing with the tenants when this company was hired to taking care of things for us.
My advice for house owners out there who are thinking to hire this company, I mean if after reading all other people's reviews and you are still considering hiring them, GOOD LUCK.

I had hired Guardian Property Management to manage my tenancy. They had found someone to live here, which has caused many issues. After the tenant moved in, he denied access to the builders that were still doing some small repairs. This house is brand new and required some final touches. I told Guardian to remove this tenant from my place because he refused to pay first month rent (beyond first and last). This management company charged the tenant for half a month rent and removed him from the property. I did not received any of the money that was received by Guardian Property Management. I asked
