So disappointed, they told me that the air filter that I purchased will be available anytime on the day they told me. So after my work at 7am, I waited until they opened at 9:30am sacrificing the little sleep that I should have since I'm working 12hrs night shift unfortunately, the staff told me that the item is not there yet. So I guess I have to sacrifice again just to get that freakin air filter.

I am new to High Prairie and was nervous to take my vehicle to any mechanic that was not my dad. I&P mechanic was so easy to deal with and went to great lengths to get me a cheaper used part! They even fixed my remote starter for free at one point. The receptionist and mechanic are both so kind and clearly care about their customers! They are my new go-to mechanic in HP.

I can’t say enough about the service that this company has provided for us. They have gone over and above to help us out. Our truck had to be towed to High Prairie for service. We ran into a upsetting situation with a dealer ship where the truck was taken. I called Pauline at Carmichael’s and explained to her what was going on. She came up with a solution and went and got our truck. Pauline knows customer service and it is greatly appreciated.
