Great pizza, great prices. Service could use a little more attention. When we arrived for pu of 4 kg pies all ordered at the same time, 2 were ready but we were then told 5 minutes for the other two? We left extra time before heading for pickup so I would gave expected everything together. Thus two of the pies sat 5 minutes extra un-necessarily.

Long time customer (20+ years), but the place has been going downhill lately. The last handful of times I've gone there they've reliably messed up my order in one way or another (e.g. burnt, very undercooked, not knowing where my order is and taking forever to sort it out, and they can't even cut the pizza properly so you have to tear it most times).
They don't seem to know how to use an online system. Today they got confused and accidentally cancelled a confirmed pickup order I had made, which I was not aware of until I went to pick it up. They offered no compensation except for a "sorry" and

Loyal long time customer. Ordered my guests and family pizza at 4:20pm on a Tuesday, waited until 5:40pm called was on hold over 10 mins and told it was on its way 10 minutes prior to my call, it should be there any minute. 20 more minutes later, I assume they’d just forgotten my order so I called again to confirm it was on way, because if not I’d like to cancel. After another 15 mins on hold I spoke with the manager, he said it was on way but they’d refund me. I appreciated that of course, waited another 20 mins CALLED AGAIN and was told by the manager that they had two pizza deliveries

I don't get how people think this is such a great place, yes we are all allowed to have an opinion but my god it is a average place at best but my 1 star come from the fact that they haven't cleaned in months and I get the whole hiring of the younger staff, that's great but teach the about cleanliness and sanitation and please show them the concept of cross contamination

Just tried to order a pizza and was told an hour wait. An hour later I call and they say “we’re next up” and that my pizza will be another half hour. So now I’m waiting 1:30 for a pizza. When I cancel my order all I’m told is OK. Must be a common thing at this place. Maybe communicate with your staff better. Taking my money to the next one.

The pizza is good but the owner needs to do better than good pizza. Not a family restaurant environment. The owner and staff openly swear and treat women with disrespect. Their female staff should not be subjected to this kind of work environment and more than likely have enough grounds for a workplace harassment case. Also when staff approach you with a customer complaint, your first response shouldn't be "then they can get out of my restaurant". Some food for thought. Run your business like you're trying to make someone proud.
