My first visit to this restaurant was less than I hoped it to be. From the entry in to finally leaving was a big disappointment !
The Special (breakfast) of the day did not show a price, We were greeted & informed on what we were to do to order our breakfast.
There was no cutlery for two of four guests , after reviewing the menu , we placed our orders at the counter.
Having to get up from our table to get creamer, serviettes etc,,,made for a negative breakfast experience.
Although the ambience is quite attractive, the food part of our visit was inferior . The home fries were undercooked. Overall

First time visit on Sunday Oct 31 for breakfast around 10am.
We were greeted at the door and asked if it was out first time ...yes.
We were asked to take a menu from the door stand ...find a seat...then place out order at the counter (at which time you paid in advance ...not sure how you base a tip for service in advance??)
We provided our vaccine proof and ID at the door ...they did not scan any thing nor did they even look at our ID to ensure it matched.
We observed others coming in that did not even show vaccine proof or ID ...and only overheard that basically everyone coming in was on the

We are regulars here and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Until today, not only was my meal below standards (my eggs Benny English muffin was dry and hard) but also my daughters breakfast bowl and my wife’s eggs Benny were dried out and cold. Not much hollandaise, the were eggs over done, only half the normal amount of hash browns and everything was cold…..like it had all been sitting for some time. I went to get a refill on the coffees and ended up standing by the counter being ignored. They were busy I will give them that but to look up and maybe say “I will be with you

Environment was colourful, welcoming, and fun. The balcony was adorably put together with trees and art. The food… well, I ordered a caramel latte and got a latte it tasted like my caramel never made it in. My bacon and eggs came to me smothered in what I am assuming to be margarine or non-stick spray. Whatever the case is, the food was almost good. My mouth feels a bit greasy from the non stick mystery item, the bacon crispy and delicious, my toast soggy with margarine, and my sweet latte bitter by forgetfulness… 😞 disappointed.

We came on 2020 they were amazing. Came back on 2021. Totally different story. We waited for our food for 30 min, and when we asked about it, the staff was like its busy and u should wait with no apology or anything. Add to that the BIG SURPRISE, when we received grilled cheese ( my kids breakfast) it came with chips. CHIPS on breakfast, it was a struggle to get the kids to focus on the sandwich with a chips right beside it.
I highly dont recommend this place.
