We had our hot water heater break down in the afternoon and by the next day, we had the old heater out and a new heater installed and functional. Really impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team! Pricing on our new unit was also very reasonable! Will be using Charlton & Hill again for the next emergency.

Our furnace died on the 27th of December of 2021 on the 28th we lost water in the kitchen. The temperatures were roughly -30 at night and -25 in the days. Stephan and Austin arrived on the morning of the 29th. They were installing new water tank and a new furnace. LENNOX ELITE c/w HUMIDIFIER and MERV II FILTER. They started working on the install at 8:30 and by noon they had the new furnace in and running and within another hour or so they had the water tank in and running. They brought portable heaters with them to help unthaw the water lines. So by the time they left at 3:30 I had heat and water

On Dec. 16 my furnace was having its last breaths. Charlton & Hill (Caroline-the best telephone answerer ever) told me that they would have someone available that afternoon. That was still 3 hours to go. I said I would get back to her right away. I phoned 5 or 6 places and all busy, Phoned Caroline back and she had someone out here within the hour.
This guys name was Don. The best trouble shooter ever. He tried for three hours to revive my furnace but alas its 15 year old parts had had enough. Thanks for trying Don. You had to tell us the bad news. You felt bad. Its ok. It is what it is. Then

Joel (plumbing technician)was on time and began by offering his estimate for the installation in addition to quickly reviewing other systems which we might be having any issues with. This was very thoroughly done in a very professional manner. He noted the minor issues so that should we require a visit from HVAC technician, some preliminary information about potential issues would be on hand.

On Dec 23 we noticed our furnace was not starting. We called Charton & Hill immediately and they had a service man call us back. Keevin Smith called and said he would come over later that evening but because our two fireplaces were working we said the next morning would be fine. He came over early the next morning to discover we needed a new part. He got the part and installed it and our furnace was working again. Kevin was very prompt, friendly, professional and considerate. We couldn’t have asked for a better serviceman. Thank you Keevin for helping us out on Christmas Eve day.
