Return Customer, took my laptop to them again for a few upgrades, new 480 GB SSD hard drive, new windows 10 software, upgraded from 4 GB DDR4 RAM to 8 GB RAM and renew Norton Security one full year additional at good price. My CPU is now much more faster than before, very happy and satisfied.
Mandeep is a very honest person, knowledgeable, fast enough to finish everything in two days, treated me with respect and still loyal friend.

They are very cheap, negative, arrogant and rude. They do not value their customers and sell duplicate products which is ridiculous. I bought a adapter from them, they said it has one year warranty, it stops working after a month and they said we can not return it and you have to pay extra money get a new one. Please do not trust them, do not do any business with them. They are money oriented , especially the owner. Seriously disappointed

I was very happy with the service Paul provided. My 2013 iMac was becoming very slow so he swapped out the old hard drive with a new solid state drive (SSD) and wow what a difference. Thank you Paul. I called O2 computers to get help with an issue. My screen and camera were going out. Over the phone, the guy was able to tell me my issue was covered by the manufacturer. He told me to call them direct, and they should fix it for free. Fantastic!

Very helpful people and good customer service. I got my cell phone and laptop screens fixed from this place. Both times they did it less than 45 minutes. I have tried several other stores in past but their customer service and quality of work was best as per my past experience. I am from computers background so while i was waiting i like to talk about computer's latest trends. That's what i normally do whenever i get chance.
