I’ve tried 4 other laser places in the GTA and I found this one is the best. The salon itself is very clean, quiet and well managed. The ladies who work here are professional and very nice. I’ve also seen results from my sessions ! My experience here has been spectacular and I am happy with their services. I would highly recommend them. I can’t find one remotely negative thing to say about this place.

I went in for a consultation and had an awful experience. The receptionist was incredibly rude and condescending towards someone who had never tried laser before. They charge for rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance. While the place was clean, I was treated very poorly and will never be going back here. When I said I wasn't comfortable with the rescheduling charges and didn't want to proceed, the lady took my form from my hands and ripped it in front of my face. I have never come across such a rude and disrespectful place.

I have had the best laser hair removal experience here. I am a very hair person (unfortunately) I had so many ingrown hairs, and usually had to shave everyone 2-3 days. After my first session I only had to shave once in a 5 week period. I cannot express how amazing that is considering how hairy I am. I 100% recommend this Clinic, on top of the great results, Maria is so nice and honest!

The place is nice and clean. Initially I was very hesitant about getting the treatment done. But after meeting Marya, I wish I had started my treatments long before. She was patient, explained the details of the procedure and ensured I was fully comfortable with the process. She is genuine, and believes in giving the right recommendation suited for her clients.
And as an outcome, the results were awesome! I've completed three sessions and I've had no complaints or issues with my body whatsoever!

Maria is such a sweet person and very good at what she does! I've been going for laser hair removal treatments with her over the last several months. Her clinic is very clean and she is very knowledgeable. Laser hair removal is the best decision ever between the time and money you will save it's totally worth it. I've done hair removal before at other expensive clinics and they don't even compare to what Gentle Touch offers.
